🎃 Haunted Car Wash Disclaimer & Event Guidelines

Welcome to the Cruise Car Wash Haunted Tunnel – our special Halloween event designed to give you a frightfully fun experience!
Before entering, please review the following guidelines carefully. By participating in this event, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

💰 Admission

  • The Haunted Tunnel is a special event and not included with unlimited wash memberships.
  • All guests, including unlimited members, must pay the $25 event fee to participate.
  • Admission is per vehicle, not per person.

🚗 Vehicle Requirements & Liability

To ensure the safety of your vehicle and our team, please follow these rules:

  • Cruise Car Wash is not responsible or liable for:
    • Pre-existing vehicle damage of any kind.
    • Aftermarket accessories, emblems, wraps, or modifications.
    • Vehicles older than 7 years.
    • Loose parts, mirrors, or antennas.
  • Truck beds must be completely empty.
  • Trailer hitches must be removed prior to entering the wash.
  • Oversized, lifted, or lowered vehicles may be refused entry for safety reasons.

👻 Haunted Experience

Our monsters will interact with vehicles to create an immersive experience. This may include:

  • Tapping or touching windows.
  • Approaching vehicles closely.
  • Lightly pulling or attempting to open doors.

If you do not wish to have interaction, please keep your doors locked and windows up at all times.

⚙️ Safety Notice

  • Once instructed by staff, place your vehicle in neutral and do not brake, steer, or accelerate while on the conveyor.
  • Follow all staff directions before and after the wash.
  • Remain inside your vehicle with your seatbelt fastened.
  • Do not roll down windows, exit your vehicle, or use excessive lighting (e.g., brights).
  • Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the Haunted Tunnel, you acknowledge that you:

  • Understand this is a special event with a separate $25 admission fee for all guests.
  • Accept all associated risks, including minor scares and vehicle interaction by actors.
  • Release Cruise Car Wash, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for vehicle or personal damage.
